  • What is the offer?

    It's a fully managed influencer subscription. Barter handles the sourcing, coordination and delivery of the creators for you.

  • Who is it suitable for?

    For brands that want to scale creator content without managing the creators themselves. And for partners seeking a predictable quarterly output.

  • What exactly is included?

    Up to 10 creator collaborations per quarter. The exact number will be agreed upon in advance. You will receive one video per collaboration unless otherwise agreed. The social media platform will be determined during onboarding.

  • Is there a minimum value for the products?

    Yes. The minimum value for a barter deal is €100 (incl. VAT) per collaboration, unless otherwise agreed.

  • What happens when collaborations are not delivered?

    Unfulfilled collaborations will be carried over to the next quarter (for a maximum of one quarter). If the subscription ends, agreed-upon but not yet delivered collaborations will still be completed.

  • What do I need to do as a customer?

    You must complete the onboarding form within one week of starting. Additionally, you must send the products to the creators within one week of receiving the request.

  • May I repost the content?

    Yes. You are allowed to repost the content on your own social media channels as social proof.

  • Does it contain paid advertising (paid ads)?

    Additional advertising rights must be negotiated separately with the creators via Barter. Barter handles obtaining creator approval for Spark Ads.

  • Are there any performance guarantees?

    No. There are no guarantees for views, engagement, conversions, or sales. We also do not guarantee any specific reach.

  • How does payment work?

    The price corresponds to the quarterly subscription price displayed on the pricing page at the time of signing. The price is fixed for the duration of the agreement. Billing is quarterly in advance.

  • Is there a free trial period?

    No, there is no free trial period.

  • Can I add paid collaborations?

    Yes. Paid collaborations can be added in addition to the subscription.

  • Will the subscription be renewed?

    Yes. It is an automatically renewing subscription.
